Reservoir Park

Hiya peeps!
Daddy's back!
3 more weeks of kuching left till I return to KL for my finals blah.
Not looking forward towards it but life goes on.. sigh.

Anyhoo.. what shall I rant about today?
Ok, think I got it, here goes.
Last week, my parents FORCED me to do some jogging at Reservoir Park near the Kuching Museum. At first, I was reluctant because well.. exercise makes me tired hee hee hee =P

As my mom & dad took off to begin their jogging routine, I leisurely started my brisk stroll through the tranquil park we have here in Kuching. The weather was nice that evening. Went 'ahhhhhh' as I stopped to admire the wonderful scenery featuring the lake and realllly old trees. (I'm soooooo gonna bring my wife here next time because with the right intensity of sunlight and cool breeze, it's actually quite romantic out here in the park. Hee hee hee...)

Alright, now I'm going to post some random pics I took of places I went to since I came back!

That's my mom, dad and I at India Street's backalley. It was sort of an impromtu idea to snap a pic facing some random pedestrian mirror.. and this pic clearly says 'Kenneth, your phone camera sucks in 4x zoom mode!' =(

That's me sitting down on the pathway whilst waiting for my mom who was buying some vegetables at Unaco near Sri Sarjana, I love lepaking near PBK and Sri Sarjana for some odd reason ;)

This was taken outside The Gingerbread House also near Sri Sarjana and just a few blocks away from PBK. The sky scenery is just undescribably beautiful.

Took this pic at Waterfront mainly because I found it rather out-of-place that BN's flag was 'chakked' onto some random wooden pole in the river.

Lastly, this is a pic I took at Reservoir Park whilst I was taking a genteel and brisk stroll through this beautiful park last week. Couldn't resist the urge to stop and just capture the moment when the sun was setting..

Well, guess that concludes this random post! Till next time, dear readers!

Yawnnn..

Hello peeps, miss me? =P
Listening to this rather gloomy & laziness-inducing soundtrack makes me even more tired & sleepy sigh. For some reason, I tend to put a particular song on repeat mode on my media player so it just goes on and on and on and on...

Feel like eating this bowl of kampua mee right now, GAHH I MISS KUCHING!

Finally going back to Kuching this friday -sigh of relieve-. I NEED KOLO MEE... hmm nah, i prefer kampua mee cuz of it's smoother noodle texture. Sheeesh, wish I could just put my hand into my laptop's screen and pull out this bowl of salivating kampua mee =(

There's just no place like one's hometown. For me, it's Kuching. (Primarily because of the food koff) =)

Hullo

Hullo peeps, it's me again! =P
Somehow the fb application for blogger doesnt seem to work anymore so my blog updates no longer appear on my fb profile but anyhoo, let's see what I'm gonna crap about today.

Hmm today while chatting with my friends, I found out that the song "Marry You" was sung by Bruno Mars and NOT Justin Bieber OMG! To think I actually thought that Justin Bieber was THAT awesome lmao. Anyway, try listening to that song. It's worth listening to if ur not 1 of those 'I DONT WANNA GET MARRIED' types. I, personally, can't wait to get married teehee.

Went with Nixon to have our teatime meal at Shiok Cafe at YMCA Brickfields, ordered the large Zingger Chicken Burger as it was 1 of the recommendations by the waiter taking our order. How did it taste like you may ask? Wellll....

Yeah, that outta answer your question! IT WAS SO DELICIOUSLY AWESOME! It had like lettuce, tomato, mayo, some chilli sauce which luckily wasn't that spice, some very thick crispy chicken meat, et cetera. Blah, forgot most of the details cuz the burger's in me tummy now and it prolly looks like puke now so nvm. -face turning green-

Trials in 3 weeks time, can't afford to go through 1 day without studying anymore sigh. Too much to cover and so little time, screw Chemistry & Maths. I HATE TRIGONOMETRY ARGH! Integration and differentiation were bad enough, and now they just had to somehow input trigonometry into both these topics sob. Anyhoo, think imma hit my books now. GOODBYE BLOGGER & CYA SOON =)

Lady Castle

Hello peeps, the man is back!
Came back to Kuching, which is my favourite place in the whole world. But I'm leaving for KL in 3 days time which makes me a little sad. =(

Sooo how did I spend my time here the last few days? Well let's just say I bought the entire series of Lady Castle, a Korean love drama series and watched the entire drama series in just 2 days!! Truthfully, I prefer korean dramas to other dramas like taiwanese and singaporean dramas because korean dramas actually emphasize on the emotional aspect between the main characters in the story and less towards business and back-stabbing like in most taiwanese dramas.

Yes that's right, I was moved to tears when Kang Hae Na, the main actress, ran away with the main actor when her whole family found out about the relationship between them. The reason why I actually shed tears was because all that mattered was that they were with each other and being beside each other and comforting each other in tough situations is the only thing that matter when love is present. I've never been in a relationship before but this kind of intimate love is really what I'm looking for in my future relationship. I don't want to be far from the girl I really love and I want to make sure I'm always there beside her in her hardships. In a nutshell, I'm like an udang galah. What does that mean? Think of how hard udang galah's shell is but how soft and scrumptous it's meat is. =)

This song entitled "Take Care Of My Heart" is really deep and made me shed a tear or two. Enjoy =)

A Beautiful Song

Tsubasa Chronicle - You Are My Love by Yuki Kajiura

Kiss me sweet, I'm sleeping in silence,
all alone, in ice and snow.
In my dream, I'm calling your name,
you are my love.

In your eyes, I search for my memory,
lost in vain, so far in the scenery.
Hold me tight, and swear again, and again,
we'll never be apart.
If you could touch my feathers softly,
I'll give you my love.
We set sail in the darkness, of the night,
out to the sea,
to find me there, to find you there.
Love me now, if you dare.

Kiss me sweet, I'm sleeping in sorrow,
all alone, to see you tomorrow.
In my dream, I'm calling your name,
you are my love.
My love.

A Tribute To The Love Between Syaoran & Sakura. Listen closely to this song and feel the deep emotions of the lyrics and the singer. Enjoy =)

Hi there. =)

Hello my dear readers!

Been really busy the last few weeks with college activities, no time for blogging sigh.
Let's see, I attended MCKL's Midsummer Masquerade about two weeks ago. We were supposed to wear cosplay costumes (excluding any satanic elements such as witches, wizards, warlocks, et cetera). However, since I lacked the means and cash to neither rent nor buy any decent but eye-catching suit, I just dye-d my hair with the astonishing combination of red, blue & white colors! Pics are on my Facebook profile. Btw, these cans of temporary dyes could be obtained at a hair-styling shop at Sungei Wang Plaza, 2nd floor if i've not mistaken. And each can costs like RM10 after a RM2 discount by the shop owner. Overall, it was a fun night hanging out with pals in the college compound at night hee hee.

Let's see, what else is popping this week. Oh yeah, now I remember the big day 18TH AUGUST! RESULTS DAY FOR EDEXCEL A-LEVELS! Cambridge results came out last week & some of my friends got really good results (Y). Hopefully I'd be able to pull through my a-levels and obtain the minimum requirements of 3B's to be accepted into my targetted course of either dentistry or pharmacy.
Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. (Proverbs 16:3)

In a nutshell, EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE seems to be at their degree level but I'm still stuck at a-levels until next Jan. Sheesh, thanks alot National Service. Hmm, been having some slight stomach discomfort the last few days so I went to the pharmacy to get a pack of Zentel - renowned brand for deworming! RM6.40

Ahhh, expelled quite a number of stools this morning and it felt good! (Y) Almost took & uploaded a pic of my SMELLY, DISGUSTING stools just now LOL! -chuckles-
Alright think that's all for now, wish me all the best this coming Thursday & may all my hard effort pay off =)

Found em' on my FB homepage

Sup peeps!
Yes, I'm still alive =P
Found these pics whilst browsing thru my facebook homepage & just have to blog em.

PS : So that my blog does NOT get banned and shutted down, I'll name the dude in the following pic as Na'ib! This is to avoid people who typed his real name on google to scroll to my blog.
(You should know who this particular dude is IF you're not a phony Malaysian)

Next one up, MY FAVOURITE PIC OF ALL TIME! (If you do not see the joke in it, I'd recommend that you grab a paper from last week)

To wrap it up, here's a random pic which I think is interestingly sharable but kinda lame compared to the previous pic. Plus, also because I was born in the year of the monkey!

In conclusion, thx for chuckling! Next post'll prolly be on my college's Midsummer Masquerade happening next friday. Still haven't decided what costume am I wearing hehheh.

ADIOS!

Sneezing Snapshot

Sup peeps!
Back in kch n boredom ended up in the pic below:

That's 4 snapshots of me sneezing after turning off the aircon in my living room. There has to be some sort of biologically related body chemistry process physically causing the human body to react to the sudden change in temperature by sneezing.

Yes, that has to be the reason why I sneezed. =)

WHY MUST EVERYONE NOT BE IN KUCHING WHEN I'M BACK?! ARGH!! D;

Ahh yes to wrap it up, I'm staring at u hehheh >=)

Short Update

Hello peeps!
Helped my mom in the kitchen with Shepherd Pie for lunch today.
Check it out :

Yummy ain't it? =D
Cheese lumps at the top cuz for some reason the cheese failed to melt completely.
Funny eh? The oven must've been unable to generate sufficient heat to melt the expired cheese with a supa high melting temperature o.O

My mom & I. (Penang 2009)
It is unnatural to be near someone you love and not hold them every now and then.

Short Update

Alrite.. I don't even know whether there's anyone out there who actually reads my blog since I only have 4 inactive followers.. but gonna update anyway.. Blah! =(

Soooo let's see, to all my KL friends who have never heard of the term Gawai before, well it's basically this :

And this :

Gawai is the harvesting festival for the natives in Sarawak, well basically for the Ibans. It has since been made a public holiday here in Sarawak.
Pros : HOLIDAY WHEEEE!!
Cons : All my favourite makan shops are closed cuz the native workers all went back to their kampungs for Gawai =(

Ok.. let me update what I have been doing for the past week since I came back to Nyan Nyan city. Went visiting a couple of houses for Gawai, mostly my parent's colleagues and church members. Surprisingly most of the food they served were catered Chinese food hahahahahh! I'm talking about lemon chicken, bai kut ong, chinese style mixed vege, yong chow fried rice, et cetera. One of the houses even had tables with red sheets laid out on them kinda like the kind of tables used during Chinese New Year. Is Gawai beginning to be too influenced by Chinese New Year?! I leave the opinion to you, my dear reader.

Here's a pic that Clem & I took whilst lepaking in a RM1,000,000 house owned by one of my church members during our Gawai visit.

Caught flu last Saturday because the guy in the above pic apparently exhaled some infected air which I inhaled. I think I'd better head to the hospital to screen it to make sure the flu has nothing to do with H1N1 or bird flu. =(

Went out with Kelly & Joanne to watch "Diary of a Wimpy Kid Part 2". Watched the trailer and went LMAO when the kid licked his hand which he has just wiped his ass with. LOL

Overall I think it's a perfect movie to watch with the family cuz well, it's a movie about family. Haha!

Went to have dinner at Kim Bay restaurant just outside Spring, able to catch up with Joanne after almost one year of not meeting her since PLKN ended. Finally got to meet Kelly in person! Overall, it was a worthwhile trip. (Y)

Going back to KL on Saturday with Bio Paper 4 paper on Monday -_-"
Ok I gotta get rid of this annoying flu which is currently persistantly bugging poor me. =(

Adios peeps! (Whoever who reads this blog)

Illegal Wifi Usage

Yo peeps, THE MAN IS BACK IN KUCHING MEOW or rather NYAN NYAN NYAN~*! /gg

Feel like consuming this right now

And no, that's not puke. LOL
That's the 'mixed' version of the all-famous Penang ABC which I had with my mom 2 years ago. Still looking yummy -chuckles-

Update : Study Look

Ok ok, I g2g before my dad offs the modem. That's right, I'm currently ILLEGALLY using my house's wifi. Heheheheh!

Adios peeps!

Say NO to Lady GaGa!

Ok, I recently came across Lady Gaga's Judas music video on youtube and it disgusted me to see that she's actually glorifying Judas or indirectly Satan himself through this song. What's worse, she released this song on Good Friday itself, she's actually mocking God by doing so. What's EVEN worse, she's a Roman Catholic. So it's not really surprising when the RC church rose up in protest against her song 'Judas'.

Lemme explain who Judas is in case u've never heard of this man before. Judas was the man who betrayed Jesus by handing him over to the Jewish authorities to be crucified. In fact I remembered somewhere in the Bible, Jesus said 'It is better for him if he had never been born' which means that the weight of his sin of betraying Jesus is unmistakenly heavy. After Jesus was crucified on the cross for our sins, Judas regretted his betrayal and with the 30 silver coins he got from handing Jesus in, he bought a field with it and hung himself on a tree in that field. The field was named Akeldama which means 'field of blood'. The Bible also mentioned how gruesome Judas's death was. "There he fell headlong, his body burst open and all his intestines spilled out." My personal opinion on how this happenned is when his corpse was hung for several days until it started rotting and fell on the ground.

So yeah, I'll no longer listen to Lady GaGa's songs anymore cuz she's obviously for the devil and not for God. Check out the music video on youtube, even the sound of that song sounds evil tsk tsk. Soooo bottom line : SAY NO TO LADY GAGA! =D

Anyways,
Clement recommended this dude on youtube with channel ID RayWilliamJohnson and I literally LOL-ED at some of his vids.
Like this one :

I laffed at the geese part bahahahahahhh!
Who's the giant duck in the middle? Little Huey! HAHA LOL!
Or that part bout the girl 'I DONT WANNA GET MARRIED TILL I GET A JOB!' and 'IF HE SAYS I WON'T COME BACK TO U, FINE I'LL FIND A DIFF MAN!' Oh wow, girls today r reeeeallllly mature. >:D
Or this one! (Autotuned part FTW) LOL!

YEAH, UR EBIL FOR LAFFING! LOL! ****** UP SENSE OF HUMOR!
CAN'T STOP LAFFING HAHAHAHA!
SERIOUSLY CHECK OUT THE VIDS ABOVE!

Ok ok, too much time blogging.
Time for some Chem.
Adios peeps! =]

Rebecca Black vs Peter Chao

Sup peeps!
Ok before I say anything, I want u to watch these 2 vids below:

This is the original Rebecca Black's Friday music vid in HD mode.
The one below is the 'other' version of Friday but just isn't the same!
Ladies & gentlemen, give it for Peter Chao's Fly Lice!

Ok now after watching these 2 versions of Friday, or rather Friday and Fly Lice, the question arises:

Which "Friday" do u prefer? MY VOTE GOES TO FLY LICE! -APPLAUSE-

SeAsOn wITh mY HoiSiN~! TeASiNg wITH MY GReeNBeaN~!

Yeah so honestly I have no clue on why so many ppl dislike Rebecca Black's version of Friday that much. I kinda fancy the catchy techno background of the song. And I LOL-ED and chuckled when Peter Chao ranted bout the Justin Bieber's Baby. Lemme quote "U 16-year-old.. u paedophileeeee" HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

PETER CHAO U ROCK, CHAO OUTSIDE ************!

Happy Easter!

Hey peeps!
It's Easter again!
First lemme explain the true meaning of Easter.
Easter is the day of ressurection of Jesus Christ who died on Good Friday for the sins of the whole world and was ressurected on the third day! HALLELUJAH CHRIST HAS RISEN!
And I just read in a copy of i think the latest version of Reader's Digest that those kawaii lil easter eggs and the whole easter egg hunt tradition ACTUALLY symbolises regeneration and renewal. I used to think that the easter eggs had nothing to do with christianity ouch.

John 11:25-26
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die.

Romans 6:8-11
Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him. The death he died, he died to sin once for all; but the life he lives, he lives to God. In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus.

LAUGHTER, THE BEST MEDICINE!
A stark naked, drunk woman jumped into an empty taxi. The driver just stared at her and made no attempt to start the engine.
"What's wrong, love?" the woman asked.
"Haven't you seen a naked woman before?"
"I'm not staring at you. That wouldn't be proper," the replied.
"Well, if you're not staring at me, what are you doing?"
"Honestly, I'm thinking to myself: where's this woman keeping the money to pay me?"

HAHAHHAHHHAHHHAHHAHHA NOTBAD NOTBAD!

That's right, I see a smile on ur face now =)

To wrap it up, here's a song from Tsubasa Chronicle which I think is just perfect for a dull, rainy Sunday afternoon like now. Enjoy!

Commit to the Lord

Exams in 1 more month.
Sheesh, anxiety & stress keep stacking up. =(

Psalm 91:14
"Because he loves me," says the Lord, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation."

I take comfort and continue to believe in the Lord's promises thru this verse. Amen.

Here's a vid of my all-time favourite hymn, The Old Rugged Cross. Fell in love with it from the very first time I listened to it when I was about 5 or 6 years old and still fancy it just the same now! Enjoy =)

Lemme conclude with a funny pic I found on my facebook's homepage.
PS: If u don't get the joke in it then u'd better go revise ur maths chapter on trigonometric graph patterns!

THE MAN IS BACK!

Harlow peeps!
First of all, check this pic out. Took bout like 4 minutes to upload cuz apparently Nixon's cam was too high-def 1.37MB pic!

Yess..that's mua eating my breakfast Char Kuey Tiaw! =D
OK enough of this, let's get down to business.

Yes, I'm aware that I went MIA for the past two months or so.
Well, it's just cuz I became too lazy to update my blog.. although my blog is 'pretty awesome' (Peter Chao) LOL.
Let's see, I took part in my college's Treasure Hunt event last Sat.
I'm gonna do some yakking on what happened on the day itself so just bear with me. My group partner was NIXON KAN WAI KEUN woohoo! Guess what? We were supposed to take the monorail from Times Square to Hang Tuah station but Nixon insisted that we WALK all the way there! Yeah, u heard me! WALK!! No wonder we did NOT see anyone along the way. OH WELL, GOOD EXERCISE UNDER THE SCORCHIN' MIDDAY SUN! >:O

Anyhoo, the event ended bout 2pm and I was downright EXHAUSTED! Not only that, my skin went red thx to the scorchin' blazin' sun. Fixed it in a day or two thx to Garnier Light Milky Lightening Dew (Pure Lemon Essence)! Hehheh.

TRIALS NEXT WEEK ARGGHHH!! Think that's all for now peeps! Gotta revise some Chem before zzz-ing. >:O
